Making A Purchase Making a purchase from our site is straightforward. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on the "Buy now" button below the desired product for any items that you wish to purchase, the software will then ask you to confirm a quantity for the product you wish to order and place them into the virtual shopping basket for you. After you have finished shopping click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details concerning shipping address and delivery type that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept secure credit card payment through Worldpay either on line or via fax or telephone. You may also send your credit card information via snail mail. We also accept payment via Pay Pal.
Depending on the order value and for exports to some countries we are obliged to advise that our commercial terms of trade state that all contracts must be on fully secured terms i.e wire transfer to our account using CHAPS or SWIFT etc. In these circumstances Credit cards are not accepted. Shipping And Handling We normally ship internal UK items by courier. Royal Mail will be used for small items if this is more economical. Overseas orders may incur additional shipping charges. Customers will be notified of any variation in shipping costs from the standard.
On occasions it will be necessary to vary carriage charges within UK for bulky and/or very heavy items. If this occurs we will always advise you via e-mail or telephone.
Orders for offshore UK and EU areas will be slightly more than this and any additional charges will be notified to you prior to shipment. For orders outside these designated areas carriage will be at cost and you will be advised of the approximate cost and notified of the actual charge prior to order confirmation or shipment. We will always email you first to agree the charges before debiting your credit card. |
Delivery Schedule Our goal is to deliver your order right away. We will normally dispatch your order within 2 - 3 business days and you should receive this within 3 - 5 working days unless we have agreed a different delivery mechanism. Some items are not always in stock, in which case we will advise you of the expected delivery date. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.

| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. If this is the case we will always email you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Credits for cancelled items will be refunded directly to your credit card. If you have paid by cheque refunds will be made in Pounds Sterling only, you also have the option to keep the amount "on account" against future purchases. Credits against a cheque cannot be refunded against a credit card number. |
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Returns Policy Should you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please do so within 14 days. Goods must be returned in the original packaging, in a saleable condition and are subject to a handling/re-stocking fee of 15% of the total invoice excluding carriage.
When returning goods please remember include a copy of your receipt. If this is not possible, make sure that you include your name, address and a telephone number inside the package and please do not forget to tell us if you want a replacement or a refund. We will only refund the delivery cost if we have despatched damaged or incorrect goods. We are not able to refund the cost of you returning the produsct to us. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
You will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach our store. If you are returning products via Royal Mail please make sure you get proof of postage as in the event of a lost package you will be responsible for claiming from Royal Mail. The Royal Mail compensation is limited to £34 sterling so if the value of goods you are returning is greater than this you may wish to consider using an insured delivery service. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
This returns policy does not apply to used or second hand goods which are non returnable.
