How do I know that my order has been received?
Upon receipt of your order, an Order Confirmation screen will be generated issuing an order reference number. Please print out this page for future reference. You will also receive an email confirming your order details.

Are receipts/invoices sent with deliveries?

If the goods are sent diectly to you from our suppliers the receipt/invoice will be posted separatelly otherwise it is sent together with the items inside the parcel. You will need this in case you wish to return or exchange goods.

How can I pay for my purchases?

You can pay for your purchases online using most major credit or debit cards. You can use Mastercard, Visa Credit Card and Visa Debit Card, Switch and Solo cards via Worldpay or Paypal. Your credit card details are encrypted during the process and are not conveyed to us. You may also pay via cheque or bank transfer.

When will my order be delivered?

Most goods are delivered within 3 to 5 working days from when you place your order. Deliveries are normally made by courier between 8am and 6pm and we will usually require a signature when the delivery is made.

Sometimes a product may be out of stock, in this case the bulk of your order will be delivered staight away. If the leadtime on the remaining items is short, i.e. less than about three days, they will be backordered for you and automatically delivered as soon as they are in stock, otherwise we will advise you of the delay so that you may cancel this part of the order if you wish.

We do deliver overseas. However payment terms and shipping may differ for certain countries.

How do you protect my information?

If you select to pay by World Pay or PayPal your cedit card details are handled by these third party organisations and are not seen by us. If you select to pass your credit card details separatelly, by telephone, fax or post we will process your payment via the World Pay secure on line terminal for you.
